Eddie and Tara Archer have been married nearly 30 years and are proud parents and grandparents. With decades of experience in healthcare and ministry, they share a passion for helping people **encounter Jesus, experience the Father’s love, and live Spirit-filled lives.**
Tara, RN,** is a graduate of the Global School of Supernatural Ministry and is pursuing ordination through ANGA and a degree in Biblical Leadership Studies. She carries a heart for teaching, healing, freedom, and intimacy with Jesus.
Eddie, RN, brings wisdom, discernment, servant leadership, and a steady strength to their shared calling.

Meet Eddie & Tara Disciples of Jesus Christ • Senior Leaders of Soaring Place Ministry For more than 25 years, we’ve had the privilege of serving our community through healthcare, ministry, and caring for seniors. Through every season, one calling has continued to burn in our hearts: to see people encounter Jesus, experience the love of the Father, and be transformed by the power and presence of the Holy Spirit. We believe God is moving in this generation. He is drawing His people beyond simply attending church into a life of intimacy, surrender, discipleship, and participation in His Kingdom. We believe the Church is called to be the hands and feet of Jesus—loving people, proclaiming the Gospel, making disciples, praying for the hurting, and carrying the hope of Christ into our homes, neighborhoods, workplaces, and communities. At Soaring Place Ministry, we are a non-traditional, Spirit-filled Christian community with a heart for Presence, Prayer, and Power. We value revival, the Father’s heart, biblical discipleship, and making room for the gifts of the Holy Spirit as we pursue Jesus together. Our heart is not simply to build another church program. We want to cultivate a place where people can know God deeply, grow in His Word, encounter His presence, discover who they are in Christ, and become equipped to live the life Jesus has called them to live. We are connected with Global Awakening for relationship, accountability, equipping, and continued growth as leaders, sharing a desire to see believers rooted in Jesus and empowered by the Holy Spirit to advance His Kingdom. We believe our region is hungry for something real—intimacy over performance, His presence over striving, and lives genuinely surrendered to Jesus. For decades, we have served as Registered Nurses, business owners, and ministry leaders, caring for seniors and training future healthcare professionals. Ministry has remained central to our lives through prayer, worship, teaching, preaching, small groups, and ministry to adults, youth, and children. Tara carries a heart for revival and the presence of God, while Eddie brings steady strength, wisdom, and support to the vision. Together, our desire is to **share the love of Jesus, carry His presence, and equip others to do the same.**

What We Believe 1. God’s Word Is Our Authority We believe the **Bible is the inspired, authoritative Word of God** and the foundation for what we believe and how we live. All teaching and ministry should align with Scripture. 2. The Trinity We believe in **one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit**—eternally existing in perfect unity. 3. Jesus Christ We believe Jesus is **fully God and fully man**, born of a virgin and without sin. He died for our sins, rose again, and reigns as Lord. Salvation and eternal life are found through Him. 4. The Holy Spirit We believe the **Holy Spirit is active today**, guiding, transforming, empowering, and gifting believers. We embrace the gifts and ministry of the Spirit. 5. New Covenant Living Through Jesus, we live in the **New Covenant of grace and truth**, empowered by the Holy Spirit to walk in freedom, holiness, love, and obedience. 6.
