The “Emotional Healing Basics” course is your starting point in the ConnectUp journey. Across 8 self-paced lessons, you’ll receive biblical insights, personal reflection, and guided healing activities that help you:
Connect deeply with God in areas of emotional pain
Discover what healing looks like for your body, soul, and spirit
Grow in compassion—for yourself and for others
Begin praying healing for others with clarity and confidence
